International Bass Lake Resort is a community located in the four corners area of central Florida. Located on the east side of Highway 27 and 1 1/2 miles south of the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27.   See Map.   Bass Lake is a gated and deed restricted community.   Bass Lake has access to Lake Davenport and is in the Northeast corner of Polk County, about 8 miles to the Walt Disney Area.  

Our beautiful community is governed by a Board of Directors who are elected by the residents and is managed by Sentry Management (www.sentrymgt.com).  Our Sentry representative is Susan Waters.  Click here for additional information on Sentry Management

In 2007 numerous residents of Bass Lake got together with the mission of increasing the amount and quality of communications between residents and our Board of Directors.   It is our hope that this web site will promote that mission and in addition provide information on the central Florida and four corners area.
